Idea: Animated movie where most of the bees in a hive are accurately female, and one lost worker bee girl saves the queen of another hive from evil wasps, and they fall in love.  Because I’ve had it with movies about eusocial insects where the population is 50%-90% male, and the world may in fact need a lesbeean movie.  At most rated PG for cartoonish violence from the wicked wasp warriors who attack Queen Beeatrix’s hive.  Lessons about bravery and getting along with people even when they look strange abound.  And bee puns.  Never enough bee puns.
Alternate Idea: Same movie except Queen Beeatrix is a lost bumblebee who comes to Florabelle’s hive.
(It’s not as easy to see from the side, but Florabelle has pollen baskets on her pants.  Also I think I need to make Queen Beeatrix able to fly so her cutie wings are too tiny.)

Cartoon Dragon, you delivered.  The first half of this fic is an explicit birthing scene.  My friend Serene said “No, we’re not getting birth out of this series, it’ll be offscreen.” but I held on to my conviction that I’d get a birth scene.  Then the description of the baby came, and its name, and it was beautiful.

I am a terrible person for following this series just to laugh at it.  I am a hypocrite because I draw MegaScream spawn Octane.  Yet I have no regrets for this picture.  This series is properly read with this song on repeat.
